All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• International Shipping: Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing
• Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text once your order ships

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free shipping promotions may apply when offered.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. After filing a claim, you may reach out to us for further assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. If you need help, please contact customer support immediately after placing your order.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. If you purchase additional items in the same order, the full order may be held until the pre-order is ready to ship.
